Hervey Bay Day Care & Respite Centre Inc works in a framework of Continuous Improvement and Transparency. We always look at ways we can improve our services and increase services to meet the local community need. Feedback is very important to us; as this allows us to better understand the needs of each individual person and use this feedback as a tool for training, for our recruitment and for our growth in our centre.

Our Mission and Values really highlight our commitment to a positive working environment for all people; we believe in open communication and feedback from our community.

 

We also welcome the submission of compliments, we like to know what we do well and we like to share compliments we receive about our team and individual staff- we love recognising our great staff and celebrating these successes.
